Project Manager Climate Scaling Collaborative

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to co-ordinate this new three-year project to support startups as they scale-up to commercial deployment.
The job involves guiding the programme through its setup and delivery across the dual elements: a cohort-based support programme for 60 small businesses, and a new, UK-wide network of climate innovation hubs.
You will be part of a creative, energetic and passionate team who see an important role for universities in supporting science- and engineering-based innovation to tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

Project Administrator Climate Scaling Collaborative

Imperial College London has secured three years of Research England Development (RED) funding to provide support to climate innovations that are ready to scale via the Climate Scaling Collaborative. The project will focus on IP-rich university start-ups and spinouts with deep technology-based solutions for climate mitigation and adaptation.
We are looking for a talented project officer who will support the project manager in delivering the dual elements of the programme: a cohort-based support programme for 60 small businesses, and a new, UK-wide network of climate innovation hubs.

Fundraising Manager Climate Scaling Collaborative
Deadline: 6 February 2025
This is a brand-new role in a new team running the Climate Scaling Collaborative, which aims to focus on IP-rich university start-ups and spinouts with deep technology-based solutions for climate mitigation and adaptation.
It will be your job to devise streams of activity that will increase the chances of a sustainable future for this project from a range of potential funding sources. We expect you to be a self-starter, collaborating with the other participating universities, and with other fundraising, corporate engagement, entrepreneurship and innovation activities in Imperial to coordinate efforts to secure funds for innovation and climate activities, ensuring responsible and effective communication with external funders.
